Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church Signs Construction Contract

LOCKPORT, IL -- July 10, 2009 -- Aspen Group is pleased to announce Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Lockport has signed a Construction contract with them.

The relocation project will begin this summer.

Construction is the final step in Aspen Group’s comprehensive Firm Foundations process, which guides churches through a building project from initial planning to project completion.

During construction, Aspen Group’s team of project managers and field construction managers assume responsibility for all contracts and direct the Aspen Group crews and subcontractors as they work to take the vision to reality.

Each step of construction is monitored to ensure compliance to quality as part of our Perfection by Process quality assurance program.

The Aspen Group team ensures the project stays on schedule and that all work is done in accordance with our safety standards. Communication with the church is a priority and progress meetings are held every two weeks.

At completion, the Aspen team works hand-in-hand with the church to ensure a smooth handover.Aspen Group is one of the nation's largest church-focused design/build firms with over a decade of experience serving churches and ministries throughout the Midwest from offices in Frankfort, Ill. and Carmel, Ind. The corporation is based in Remington, Ind.

In 1999 Aspen Group founded Cornerstone Conferences, educational seminars that prepare church leaders for the challenges of construction. These conferences attracted other church construction-related companies and led to the founding of Cornerstone Knowledge Network (CKN). This network develops and disseminates meaningful knowledge that radically improves how church facilities impact ministry. Aspen Group is a principal member and director of CKN.
