Cross Lane Community Church Signs Feasibility Contract
TERRE HAUTE, IN -- December 15, 2009 -- Aspen Group is pleased to announce Cross Lane Community Church has signed a Feasibility contract with them.
This church has been experiencing space issues since their last renovation, and would like to add a multi-use worship space to allow their youth to move into their current auditorium. The project is targeted for Fall 2010.
Feasibility is the second part of Aspen Group’s comprehensive Firm Foundations process, which guides churches through a building project from initial planning to project completion.
Through steps three and four of its Firm Foundations 7-Steps process, the design/build firm will define space needs and generate a detailed building program for the growing congregation.
Extensive surveys and brainstorming sessions will be conducted with the church leadership and sub committees to complete a financial analysis, site report, conceptual master site plan and conceptual floor plans.
Aspen Group is one of the nation's largest church-focused design/build firms with over a decade of experience serving churches and ministries throughout the Midwest from offices in Frankfort, Ill and Carmel, Ind. The corporation is based in Remington, Ind.
