Lynn Noe

Customer Relations Coordinator, Indianapolis Office

I have a long background in sales & marketing. I graduated from the University of Illinois – Springfield with a degree in Management and a Masters in Communications. I have 20 years experience in sales and marketing, but what I enjoy about my current job at Aspen is working directly with churches – being a resource for them to help them maximize their ministry potential. I use those same skills as a board member for a local organization called Faith Hope & Love. It is a ministry that pulls together churches, businesses and government to look for and meet needs in the community.

Get to know Lynn...

I joined Aspen because...

There was a pastor who used to say to the church, “You know when you know when you know.” It was the opportunity to join a company that is passionate about what it does., a place where my gifts, talents and experiences are both maximized and valued, and a place to have a true impact and make a difference with churches with whom we work.

One of my favorite work memories...

We hosted an open house at one of the projects that had recently been completed. It was a blessing to see the attenders connect with the children’s director of that church during the open house. They were asking her questions and there was such a great connection happening. What was surprising is that after the open house, she told me what a blessing the attenders had been to HER.

My favorite family tradition is...

Christmas Eve my family always goes to church followed by a candlelight dinner at home. We laugh a lot and have a great time together. After supper we open presents, which usually means scavenger hunts and other crazy antics.

Outside of work I enjoy...

Spending time with my family – husband, kids, and grandkids. We go to horseshows frequently I started going because my husband competes, I, on the other hand, am just a spectator. The people I have met there have become dear, dear friends.

If I could learn one new skill it would be...

Time management.

Words to live by...

Anyone who knows me knows I am NOT a person of a few words, but “The Serenity Prayer” is good—a portion of that could be shortened to “If there is something you don’t like, change it. If you can’t change it then you need to change your attitude.”
