Join a team that researches, plans, and designs projects for Aspen Group customers by applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning building codes and building materials. Preplan design work for each phase of the project that ensures process compliance, realistic timelines, completeness and team effectiveness. Assist Project Developers during the sales process as an ambassador to the Aspen Group Design Team. Consult with customers to determine functional aesthetic and spatial requirements of new structures or renovation. Coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design process. Establish client and internal progress meetings and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Track and coordinate design progress, schedule and costs, and monitor compliance with process checklists. Supervise the work of designers and interns; coordinate the work of non-Aspen Group design consultants. Coordinate and incorporate design changes.
