Create comprehensive REVIT drawings from schematic design to construction documents to be used for client presentations, bidding, and building construction. Research, create, and develop REVIT details for various construction methods to include specific material requirements. Assist Project Architect, Project Manager, and clients by developing architectural graphics and computer drawings, which serve to accomplish the aesthetic and functional needs of the client. Demonstrate general knowledge of code requirements. Demonstrate dependability through proactive attention to detail and meeting project requirements in a timely manner. Assist with the completion of construction drawings and specifications. Develop construction details. Provide assistance of the operations department during the construction phase to reflect and track changes creating a "record" drawing set. Visit project sites to measure and document exact dimensions of existing conditions for use in design of additions and renovations. Participate in development of systems and processes. Must keep thorough organization and archiving of documentation associated with projects. Work closely with Project Architect to ensure that project budgets are maintained.
